Can a brand outside the Netherlands sell on bol?
Yes. bol accepts sellers from other EU countries, but content, customer service and returns need to work in Dutch. As your distributor we take all of that on.
Other sellers already offer our products. What now?
We start with a seller overview in the free brand check. Counterfeit and misleading offers can be reported. For genuine resellers the answer is usually an official seller with better content, delivery and stock.
Logistics via bol or own fulfilment?
It depends on your range and margins. Fast movers often go to Logistics via bol; slower or bundled items ship from our own warehouse. We decide per product.
