In the EU
Price monitoring and recommended retail prices are allowed. Minimum resale prices, and minimum advertised prices that stop sellers from showing discounts, are hardcore restrictions under EU competition law. In Europe we monitor and report prices, and act on what the law does let you stop: counterfeits, unauthorised use of your brand, non-EEA goods and misleading listings.
In the US
Many brands use a unilateral minimum advertised price (MAP) policy. We monitor advertised prices against your MAP, document every deviation with screenshots and dates, and report them so you can apply your own policy.
Everywhere
The strongest protection is a strong official offer. One official seller with the best listing, reliable stock and fast delivery wins the customer without a price war.

Do you work only for brands you distribute?
No. Channel monitoring is also available as a standalone service for brands that sell through their own distributors. For brands we distribute, it is part of the partnership.
Who pays for test purchases?
Test purchases are agreed with you in advance and charged at cost. You decide the budget and which sellers we check.
Can you stop someone selling below our price?
In the EU, not by enforcing a price, because that would breach competition law. We can act against counterfeits, unauthorised use of your brand, non-EEA goods and misleading listings. In the US, we document deviations from your MAP policy so you can apply it.
How fast do we hear about a problem?
Urgent findings, such as a suspected counterfeit or a new unknown seller, are reported to you straight away. Everything else is in the monthly report.
Can we see our distributors too?
Yes. Monitoring shows how every channel presents your brand, including your own distributors and retailers, so you can see where products and prices come from.
