We sell your brand as a premium brand, not in a race to the bottom, and we set our own prices. That margin funds a marketing budget in every market, agreed in the yearly plan.

Correct listings and images in the local language, fresh stock with batch and expiry checks, customer service on every channel we run, protection against counterfeits and an open monthly report.

Who you work with
The people who run your brand
KOD is run by Onik and Gevor Kadian. We have sold A313 in Europe since 2020 and know a brand from the factory in France to the customer’s door.
You talk to us directly, not to an account manager. We take on a few new brands each year, so every brand gets our full attention.
Are you a distributor or an agency?
A distributor. We do not sell hours or retainers: we buy your stock and earn only when your brand sells. So we have every reason to protect its positioning and invest in it.
Can you remove every other seller of our brand?
No one can honestly promise that. Genuine products first sold in the EEA by you or with your consent can legally be resold. We act on counterfeits, goods imported from outside the EEA without consent, altered products, repackaging that harms the product or the brand, and listings that misuse your trademark. The rest is solved by controlling supply: if stock does not leak to discount traders, there is little to resell.
What happens to our retail and pharmacy partners?
They keep their place. Online, your brand looks the way it does on their shelf: correct content, fresh stock and good service. If you want more control, we help you and your lawyer set up selective distribution, with retailers chosen on quality criteria. Each retailer still sets its own prices.
Do we need a registered trademark?
For Amazon Brand Registry you need a registered trademark or, in many cases, a pending application with an accepted office such as the EUIPO or USPTO. If you do not have one yet, independent IP lawyers we work with can file it for you.
How is the marketing funded?
From our distribution margin. Each market has a marketing budget for content, advertising and creators, agreed in the yearly plan and shown in the monthly report.
