Where the line is.
Is every other seller of my products illegal?
No. Under EU law, once a genuine product has been put on the market in the EEA by you or with your consent, it may generally be resold. What you can act against are counterfeits, goods first sold outside the EEA without your consent, products that were altered or repackaged, and misleading use of your trademark.
How long does it take to clean up a listing?
Clear counterfeit or trademark cases are often handled by a marketplace within days. Cases that need test purchases or a lawyer take longer. We report every case and its status to you.
Do you set our retail prices?
No. EU competition law does not allow brands or distributors to impose resale prices on independent resellers. We set our own prices as your official seller and remove infringing offers. When counterfeit and grey-market offers disappear, prices usually recover by themselves.
