Our warehouse in the Netherlands ships the daily orders for the brands we distribute, including A313 and Dermz. Your stock gets the same checks, the same care and the same speed.
Inbound and quality check
Every delivery counted and checked for damage, batch codes and expiry dates before it is stored.
Marketplace prep
Labelling, bundling and packing to Amazon FBA and Logistics via bol requirements, shipped on schedule.
Order fulfilment
Pick, pack and ship for webshop and marketplace orders, with tracking for the customer.

Shipping to the US
From the Dutch dock to the American customer.
We ship your goods from the Netherlands to the United States, clear US customs and store your stock at our US fulfilment partner. From there it goes to Amazon.com, TikTok Shop US, your webshop or your retail customers.

Where is your warehouse?
In the north of the Netherlands, with good connections to Belgium and Germany. In the US we work with our own fulfilment partner.
Can we use this without a distribution partnership?
Yes. Warehousing, fulfilment and shipping to the US can be booked as separate services. We quote per shipment and per month of storage.
Do you ship to marketplace fulfilment centres?
Yes. We prepare and ship stock to Amazon and bol fulfilment in Europe, and to Amazon fulfilment centres in the US, or keep a buffer and replenish as it sells.
Who is the importer of record in the US?
When KOD is your distributor, we import the goods. For a standalone shipment we agree the importer of record with you before the goods leave the Netherlands.
How long does shipping to the US take, and what will duties cost?
Air freight takes days, sea freight a few weeks door to door. Duties depend on the product and its HS code; we give you an estimate before you ship.
How do we see our stock?
You receive stock levels, sell-through and reorder advice every month, and on request at any time.
