Do we need a US company to sell on Amazon.com?
Not if KOD is your distributor: we are the importer and the seller. If you want your own account, a European company can register, but you will need a US trademark and a plan for US stock and returns.
What is MoCRA?
The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 gives the FDA new powers over cosmetics, including facility registration, product listing, safety substantiation and adverse event reporting. We work with regulatory specialists so your products are ready before they ship.
Can our EU trademark be used for US Brand Registry?
Brand Registry is enrolled per region. For Amazon.com you need a trademark with the USPTO, and in many cases a pending application is enough to start. Our IP lawyers can file it.
