What we do on Amazon Europe
From account to best-seller rank.
Amazon is where most European shoppers compare beauty products. Your listing is your shelf, and it has to be right in every language.
Account and Brand Registry
Seller Central setup, identity verification, VAT and EPR details, and enrolment in Amazon Brand Registry with your trademark.
Listings that convert
Native-language titles and bullets, keyword research per country, A+ content, a brand store and images that follow Amazon’s style guide.
Fulfilment by Amazon
Inbound planning, prep and labelling in our warehouse, and the choice between FBA per country, Pan-European FBA or shipping from our own stock.
Sponsored Ads
Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns per country, with budgets tied to margin rather than vanity metrics.
Listing protection
Daily monitoring of sellers and content changes, infringement reports through Brand Registry and, where relevant, Transparency codes.
Account health
We keep performance metrics, reviews and policy compliance in check, and handle cases with Seller Support when something goes wrong.
What we often find
Why brands lose control on Amazon.
On Amazon many sellers can offer the same product on one listing. Without Brand Registry, anyone can change your title, images and claims.
- Several sellers on one listing, competing on price for the Buy Box
- Different listings for the same product in every country, with inconsistent claims
- Counterfeit or expired units that trigger negative reviews on your page
- Products from outside the EEA with foreign packaging and no EU compliance
- Stock-outs that hand your ranking to someone else
Amazon Europe FAQ
Good to know.
Do we need a trademark for Brand Registry?
Yes. Amazon asks for a registered trademark or, for many offices, a pending application. An EU trademark from the EUIPO covers all EU stores. Our IP lawyers can file one if you do not have it yet.
Which countries should we start with?
For most beauty brands Germany is the first priority, followed by France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. We look at your current demand, reviews and competition before we recommend a roll-out.
What do cosmetics need before they can be listed?
A cosmetic sold in the EU needs a Responsible Person in the EU, a safety assessment, a product information file and a CPNP notification, plus correct labelling. We check this before the first unit ships.
Can you take over our existing account?
Yes. As a managed service we work inside your account with our own user permissions. As your distributor we sell through the KOD account and you keep control of the brand through Brand Registry.

Who is selling your brand right now?
We review your brand on Amazon, bol, Kaufland and Galaxus and send you a clear report: who sells your products, which listings look suspicious, where prices drift and what to fix first. Free and without obligation.
