Growth · New market entry
A new country without guesswork.
Germany is not France, and Poland is not the Netherlands. Before you enter a market we tell you where shoppers buy, what they pay, which rules apply and what a realistic first year looks like.
Your market entry plan
Six answers before launch.
Delivered as a short, practical plan you can decide on. If you choose KOD as distributor, we execute it.
- Demand: search volume and sales in your category
- Channels: which marketplaces and retailers matter most
- Competition: leading brands, prices and review levels
- Compliance: labelling, language and registration requirements
- Economics: fees, logistics costs and target margins
- Launch plan: stock, content, advertising and first-year targets
How we enter a market
A new country in four steps.
Assess
Demand, competition, price levels, regulation and existing sellers of your brand.
Prepare
Labels, translations, trademarks and product data for the new market.
Launch
The right marketplaces first, with stock close to the customer.
Scale
Advertising, content and the next channel, based on real sales data.
Questions
New markets, answered.
Which market should we enter first?
The one where your category already sells and your brand has the least to change. For many European brands that is Germany, the Benelux or the US.
How long does a market entry take?
Usually two to six months, depending on labels, translations and trademarks. Marketplaces make the first sales possible before any retail deal.
Do we need to invest in stock?
As our distribution partner, no: we buy the stock. In a managed service, stock stays yours and we plan it with you.
